To maintain the reflective performance of the CoolRoof coating over time, annual cleaning of the entire surface is recommended. We recommend performing this cleaning according to these guidelines:
· Period: between March and May.
· Equipment: high-pressure deck cleaner (water-based), possibly using a rotating brush depending on the degree of dirt.
Finish with a rinse if necessary.

CAUTION: To prevent the CoolRoof coating from peeling, the pressure of the cleaner must not exceed 90 bar (80 bar is the recommended pressure) and the nozzle must be positioned approximately 80 cm from the surface, using an indirect application (approximately at an angle of 120°).

The use of high-pressure cleaners (90 bar) voids the warranty on any damage that may occur to the CoolRoof coating.
